Wow, there is so much here! We could spend days on this chapter.
After reading it several times - a few things stood out among the many others:
6 So be on your guard, not asleep like the others. Stay alert and be sober.

The church that was established at Thessalonica was only a few years old at the time Paul wrote this letter.
